Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Order Cut-Off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 4:00 PM China Standard Time (CST, GMT+8). Orders placed after this time will be processed starting the next business day.

Processing Time: Once your order is placed, our team takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) to carefully pick, pack, and prepare it for shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time: After your order has shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Other Regions: 10-15 business days Please note these are estimates and can be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs clearance or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and volume of your order and your delivery destination. This ensures you get the most accurate and fair price. The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you complete your payment.
Important Notice for International Customers: Customs, Duties, and Taxes All prices on our website are exclusive of any destination-country customs duties or taxes. As the importer of record, you are responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your country. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise on the amounts and recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey on the carrier's website.
Order Changes & Cancellations You may request to change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team.

Cancellations: We can only guarantee cancellation for orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Address Changes: If your order has already been shipped, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier to modify the delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee success, and any additional fees incurred will be your responsibility.
