What currency will I be charged in?
All our prices are listed in USD ($) by default. While our site may show prices in your local currency for your convenience, the final transaction will be processed in the currency displayed on the final checkout page.
How do I know my order was successful?

Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request changes or a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not yet been shipped. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Our primary markets are the USA and Europe, but we happily deliver to many other countries. If you can select your country at checkout, we can ship to you.
Where do you ship from?
To serve our global community efficiently, all our products are shipped directly from our logistics hubs in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not a fixed rate. They are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order to ensure the price is fair and accurate.
How long will it take to get my order?
Our order processing time is 1-3 business days. After that, estimated delivery times are:USA & Europe: 5-7 business days, other Regions: 10-15 business days, For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
It is possible. As the importer, you are responsible for any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes your country may charge. These fees are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on potential charges.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your item. However, the item must be in its original, unopened, and factory-sealed condition.
Why can't I return an opened blind box or collectible?
We totally understand this question! The magic of a blind box is the surprise of what's inside, and for all collectibles, their value is tied to their "factory-sealed" integrity. Once a box is opened, that magic is gone, and the item cannot be resold as new. As collectors ourselves, we want to ensure every customer receives a brand-new, untouched product. We appreciate your understanding as a fellow fan!
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Oh no! If we made a mistake, we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover all costs for return shipping and send you a replacement or a full refund.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Are all your products authentic?
Yes, 100%. We are passionate collectors ourselves and authenticity is our number one priority. All our products are sourced directly from official brands and trusted distributors.
What is a "chase" figure?
A chase is a rare, hard-to-find variant of a figure within a series. They are produced in much smaller quantities, making them highly sought-after by collectors. Finding one is all part of the fun!
My item has a small paint flaw. Can I return it?
Minor manufacturing imperfections, such as small paint smudges or slight scuffs, are common in mass-produced collectibles and are not typically considered "defective." These variations are part of the character of the item. However, if you feel the damage is significant, please send us photos and we'll be happy to assess it.
